Jersey Mike's Subs - Clemson

The food was good, and the service was ok. I feel like the staff could have been a bit friendlier. Overall, it was very good.

We ordered four subs on a busy Saturday at lunchtime and had to wait, a long time. When we got home we realized one of the subs was not what was ordered. However, everything was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly to every single person who walked in. At least three staff members apologized to me for the long wait. When I was finally given my order I was handed four free sub coupons along with another sincere apology because of the long wait. I noticed they were expired when I got to the car but given the positive attitude form everyone in the store I cannot imagine they will give us any grief when we try to redeem an expired coupon. Given all that did not go well, I still think a 5 star review is deserved because of the upbeat staff. They did not ignore me or pretend they were doing their best work. They owned it, apologized, and tried to make it right. They were awesome! I will definitely be back.

Great food, but the outstanding part was the staff. We took our kids (5 2) and they were awesomely nice, made it really fun. Super friendly, excellent sandwich makers and great people. Nate was one, I didn't get the other two's names but all three went out of their way to make it an excellent experience.

I just want to give the Clemson Jersey Mike a big reputation because he works for a perfect catering! The staff is as good as it gets and service was excellent and on time! Thank you for helping with a great meeting and lunch! I will be a recurring customer!!!
