Ruby Tuesday - Clemson

My kids and I went here as a change from fast food 3/8/2024 around 5:30 pm. We chose Ruby Tuesdays due to my little ones enjoying their mac and cheese (granted neither had it this time). Our waitress did an excellent job. She was very friendly/courteous. Food came pretty fast all in all as well. Food wise, most all was good. We wanted the calamari...they were out. I got the sticky ribs (my boy too) and the salad bar. They were a bit over done (his too) on the outside (burnt a little even), but still had a decent flavor to them. They had some moisture sealed in and a slight crunch on the outside. The salad bar is a bit uncomfortable to get things off of. I have to bend down with my knees to reach it properly. At 6' tall, I'd say the guards need to be up just a bit. They also show appreciation to veteran/military by offering a military discount!

Food was cold, wasn't told about substitutions until they brought the prepared food out. Recipes were missing ingredients and not cooked to correct Temps. Cups had lipstick on them and whole place was empty and very dated.

Stopped off x-way during day long drive because of coupon offering of low prices lunch specials. Nothing special... Nothing bad. Just a routine Ruby Tuesday lunch. BTW, this usually tempting salad bar was less so because of the way the careless customers handled the foods and serving utensils. We avoided the salad

Really nice staff, food good, only issue is not clean, seating, tables and floors were very nasty.
