The family requested coffee for the repast, and I ordered the coffee 5 days before the service. The restaurant canceled my order when the driver arrived to pick up my order because they did not ?accommodate? My order. I tried to call the restaurant and nobody answered the phone. In such times, people rely on delivery services to pick orders for them for less contact. I was horrified to know that they made the order in the last minute, without extended notification, so that other agreements could be made. I frequent Dunkin quite often for personal and business purchases, I hate that this one restaurant makes me a second look at the quality of customer service that represents the company. If you use an external delivery service such as Door Dash or Grub Hub, you might want to think twice about the order from this restaurant. A very disappointed customer

I ordered through Uber Eats and was really disappointed with my experience. I received my order, but three out of the hash browns were burned. The sandwiches were fine, but we also ordered a half dozen donuts and only one of them was correct. I won’t be ordering from this place again. Donut King down the street is far better.
The prices are reasonable, and the food is decent, but the service is among the worst I've experienced. I plan to visit this Dunkin' every week, but the manager really needs to either supervise the staff more closely or provide better training to ensure high-quality customer service.
I definitely have to give them five stars for customer service. I was quite frustrated with the app yesterday and called corporate customer service. They compensated me nicely for my trouble oh, and shared that I was not the only one who had complaints.
