Consistently good sub-sandwiches. Easy on-line ordering. Take out orders easily picked up and ready when requested.

Always have to check carry out order for accuracy. They typically forget extras like chips, cookies. Brownies. Otherwise, food is good here.

We love this place! Smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket is our favorite! Don't forget to ask for the children's hat.

Firehouse has great sandwiches with my favorite bring the brisket and cheddar. The staff was great at this location.

This location needs an overhaul on customer service and upholding the ideals set by this restaurant chain. Their were 5 employees and yet it still took over 20 minutes to get just a veggie sub. I've seen locations with less staff complete the same order in 5 minutes) It was in the middle of the afternoon and the restaurant was not busy. The staff would put a priority on online orders over onsite orders. The restroom needed a good cleaning and smelled disgusting. This was brought to the attention of the staff and they advised someone will work on when they can) The restaurant was filled with smoke and most of the floor and tables needed cleaning. I will not consider eating at this location again anytime in the near future.
