Marco's Pizza - Clermont

I would first like to say that I recently could say that this was my favorite pizza place, but in my last two visits I had very bad experiences with my orders. Two times in a row and they will ignore my requests in the commands, which causes complaints with my little boys and family dinners. I don't know if it happened to one of you here, but I asked them several times not to put too much sauce on the pizza because it's superfluous and not on our pleasure, and unfortunately they didn't pay attention. This is a simple request and I can't understand why the guy can transfer the information to the Preparatory, they also miss the additional ingredients I requested in two ways. I think they need a manager to take over the business. I hope next time I will have the service you offer and get the exact product that I pay! no more.

Ordered a spinach Alfredo pizza. There was very little to almost no Alfredo sauce. My pizza was burned and had parts of the bottom of the crust missing. Way to much cheese and was very greasy. This was my first time trying this place out and I was incredibly disappointed. I know I could of gotten better service from a Little Caesar?s.

Not only did this store forget two large items on our order the girl on the phone was extremely rude and basically called me a liar. For $3.00 in food cost they chose to lose a customer. They refused to refund our money. We spent over $100 for our order and asked to be refunded for the items they left out. I've never been called a liar by an employee over food. Extremely disappointed in this restaurant. Calls to GMs and corporate will be made. Save yourself the headache and just order DOMINOS! It's a shame because the food was never bad. But the staff apparently needs some attention.

Delicious and affordable! Granted I've only been here once so far, but I plan on going back. They were a few minutes late with our order, but completely understandable, when we pulled up it was pretty slammed, Friday night of course so it can be expected lol, who doesn't love a good pizza at the end of the week?? Love all the customizable options they offer when you order online too!

Ordered online came in to pick up pizza and they said it was over cooked so they were remaking it, they apologized discounted the pizza and gave me a voucher for next time. The girls working was very apologetic and respectful. Most of the staff seemed young, they all gave a friendly greeting when I walked in. The place was busy, I believe tomorrow is their official opening. Being brand new the building itself is nice. 3 high top tables (2 seat 4 and 1 seats 2), two booths, two small tables with seating for two. The kitchen is in view of dining area to watch them make the pizzas through a plexy glass window. They have a fridge with liter sodas for to go orders and a fountain machine with Pepsi for in house orders.
