I like that there is no waiters. Love their burgers

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. The prices were reasonable as well. I did encounter a problem with my order, but when I mentioned it to an employee, the manager quickly apologized and resolved the issue within minutes. I was really impressed by the service.

Today, I ordered via the S'n'S app, which went on the payment step and then crashed. I went into the store and spoke with the Mgr. He couldn't find the order, so he rang me up. After getting my food, my app order came up. The Mgr brought my food and told me to keep it and have me a refund on my 2nd order. Customer service was top-notch, and the food was great as always. Steak burger with fries. Yumm Follow-on: My next several trips have been great as well. If any issues come up, they correct it right away. Love coming here

Over the past year Self service has greatly improved this restaurant

My experiences at my local Steak-N-Shake have been generally positive. The food consistently meets expectations, though I do wish they would add their chicken strips back to the menu. The personnel are friendly. However, the facilities could benefit from a refresh and a more thorough cleanup. A bit of attention to the cleanliness and aesthetics of the space would undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience. Despite this, the quality of the food and the welcoming staff make it a pleasant quick food stop.
