Írjon visszajelzéstWe order pizzas for a birthday party and we found out they left a pizza. We called back to let her know. You said we could get one today, but it would be. We didn't get a loan for the pizza. I really think that's wrong. Every time I left something out of an order, no matter where we get food. They always gave a loan.
It was good but no tetiu Itn 1400 dollars because the pizza sauce was to hot could not est the pizza other then no replace the last bad pizza I had to pay again
Overall, everything was wonderful. The online ordering process and the tracking feature worked seamlessly. My only issue was that the pizza we received this time was quite different from the last time we ordered the same one. There were hardly any jalapeños on it; most slices had none at all. The taste was excellent, but it wasn't what we expected based on our previous experience. Nevertheless, I would give it another try to see if it improves.
I had a terrible experience with the service. The automated system was completely dysfunctional. After finally reaching a person who took my order, I was placed on hold. I ended up calling back to reorder, only to be put on hold again. When I called to confirm my pickup on my way there, the person who answered informed me that they were now closed. When I tried to explain the situation, he hung up on me. I called back to ask if he had disconnected the call, and he apologized, saying the line went dead, but then he hung up again. It was a dreadful experience. I would recommend going to the nearby Papa John's instead; I found it to be cheaper as well.
I will never return to this restaurant again. I ordered for delivery and waited almost two hours before I decided to call and check on my order. They told me it had been processed, but then I was informed that it would take another 45 minutes to an hour for it to arrive. Frustrated, I opted to pick it up myself. When I got there, I asked them to prepare my pizza again since they had messed up the order details. The manager, who I believe was named Matthew, claimed they had fixed it for delivery, but since I went to pick it up, they hadn’t made it after all. He acted like it was not his concern, and I didn’t receive any discount. Now, we’ll just have to settle for cold pizza for dinner. John's Lil will no longer be getting our business.
