Margaritaville Cleveland

Our first trip to Margaritaville in Cleveland will definitely be our last. My girlfriend, daughter and I went to the rooftop terrace to get drinks and appetizers. Two bartenders up there and maybe a dozen customers at most. A server didn't even want to answer my question or even offer a menu. The other bartender was at least pleasant, but forgot our water we demanded (to go with our adult drinks, let our fried pickles in the kitchen for who knows how long (they were hardly warm when we finally got them 35 minutes for food?! no napkins or plates. Forever to get the check and in cash. Terrible beyond words and to Goodnight John Boy and then Collision Bend Brewing directly to the left Margaritaville only emphasizes how poor her service really was. STAY AWAY from Margaritaville, unless they drastically improve their service. It's disappointing.

Was a lovely day outside and the view from the upstairs patio was amazing. Food was decent, when I did have a problem it was solved but they didn't go out their way to compensate from hair being in my food. Probably will stick to just drinks next time.

Didn't have a chance to dine here we just stopped by to have a few drinks although they were not strong at all they were okay kind of just mediocre. We do plan on returning to hopefully enjoy a good meal but that will be later in the future

On a day trip to Cleveland, stopped at this restaurant with my son and partner. I?ve never been to one so I was actually surprised at how decent the food was. We did come on a weekday during lunch and practically nobody was there so it was all to ourselves. Our server was amazing and our son LOVED the beach/tropical themed restaurant.

Decent food cooked well, it's more traditional and that's okay. Tables were clean, staff was nice. Bathrooms were pretty dirty. Drinks were average for the flats nothing special. Overall it was okay.
