Mcdonald's - Cleveland

The McDonald's from 2005 was clean, but the service was a bit slow. Fast forward to 2023, and the service is now even slower—I waited 25 minutes for a medium fry that wasn't fresh. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.

I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes before someone informed us that we needed to place our order at the kiosk. Unfortunately, the staff was unprofessional. I noticed that both myself and others were frustrated, as it seemed the employees were dissatisfied with their jobs. The staff spoke condescendingly to older customers who needed assistance with the ordering kiosk. Additionally, there were mistakes made with my order, as well as with others, and it was frustrating when one employee made a sarcastic comment about the mix-up.

The French fries were hot and fresh. The smoky BLT QPC was juicy and tender, falling apart beautifully. Although it took a little while to prepare the meal, it was definitely worth the wait. Food: 5/5

This mcdonald’s by far is the best! eating was perfect. my work crew has eaten this afternoon and everything was perfect. every employee was very professional and dionte is the best! I was messing with my app and the kiosk, and he helped without being irritated. I'm a little slow with technology and hate to ask for help, but he was great!

The fish sandwich had just enough tartar sauce and the fries were very hot... delicious and I don't usually eat McDonald's but this one was perfect!Food: 5/5
