McDonald's - Cleveland

Made both my sandwiches wrong and they all goofing around in there. The manager is just hiring anyone atp. I asked for them to fix my sandwiches and they used the same sandwich n didn’t remake it to busy messing around.

I will begin this by saying that I have worked with eating the majority of my life and 9 times from 10 I understand how it is to work with means of life when customers get very angry, especially for those we do not control and simple mistakes made. However, they have my order wrong, which is not a big thing, but when I corrected the order before I paid her to call her manager and the manager was very rude and aggressive when I heard them repeat what "I wanted" which was not correct yet. the manager saw me and I repeat to the manager for my correct order that I told her what it was again. she said I know and close the window again and I had paid for two other breakfast sandwiches that I did not order and told them 3 times what I wanted and said all the time to them. after the hope that they heard me the last time right, but still very hesitant I moved to the next window when they asked me what I had ordered, they still went on to me the complete wrong order. Not only did they give me the wrong order, but it was completely cold and the steak on it was gross to the point that I couldn't eat it (I never asked about one) this is not a joke when I say that this is the worst customer service and management I have ever seen and/or experienced. I never write reviews, but that was a complete failure of management and terrible customer service. I hope they will not continue to be completely evil on customers and their submissions as bad as mine because I guarantee them if they had the same experience I had, they would not come back to this place. would give 0 stars if I could.

The mcdonald’s eating is good I gave it a four that eat is the best what goes on these mcdonald’s, but it’s just mcdonald’s so that they know what it is, but at least they know what to expect, but the food in the regular hot they’re pretty good at it, but it has the longest lines in the city it’s the slowest mcdon

This place has the most rude unfriendly personal I have ever treated. no greeting, no smile, not even a thank you. the cashier was rude to my 6 year old nephew. I will never go to this place again and for those with small children I would also find another place.

I recently became a single mom and don’t have the money to spend on eating out like I used to. Even fast food is a rare occasion. I decided to stop as a treat to get my young son I dinner. As I drove away I tried a few fries and they were disgusting. Definitely bottom of the barrel. I rarely do this but given the circumstances of literally having to save just to go to McDonald’s, I turned around and went inside. They weren’t rude or anything and said they’ll get me new ones so I stood further to the back thinking it would take a while to get fresh fries. Low and behold moments later they brought the bag out and it’s the same old fries! I didn’t even bother going back. I just went home me and my little boy had our nuggets and burger without the fries. The reason I’m even posting this is in the off chance that an employee or management sees it and maybe is encouraged to actually go the extra mile for customers. Sometimes people aren’t trying to be rude or difficult. Sometimes people are really struggling and it could be something as simple as some fresh fries from McDonald’s that might make their day a little better. I know that sounds ridiculous but lately I’ve been learning to appreciate the little things in life, even if that’s having a little extra money one week to go to McDonald’s. It just really made me sad because who knows the next time I’ll even be able to get us fast food again and this one time was such a let down.
