Taco Bell - Cleveland

Came today about an hour ago into the Taco bell, got cravings and soda, together with 2 Burritos rose home box the Chalupa was opened for a child. 3 pieces of meat a bunch of sauce, it was more bread than anything else. It's sad you spend your money 7.19 and get this mess. Very disappointed customer

Nachos Supreme has been discontinued. The Nachos Bellgrande or whatever it is called now costs about double, has fewer toppings and a larger tray. They forgot the beans. This was immediately fixed when l asked by giving me a side of beans. Item was nicely prepared. They had just made the chips but the oil used tasted old. The manager said it was changed the day before. The staff were all very nice.

The worst! First, they didn't have sweet tea so I had to get a different drink, then there weren't any doritos locos tacos so I had to have regular ones substituted. Then on top of all of that, literally, there's a lot of lettuce, which I asked repeatedly to NOT even be put on my items (deluxe cravings box). Whoever was there must not have wanted to make fresh items tonight! This was my 1st last time at this Taco Bell location. Money wasted. I'm not going to continue trying to pick off this shredded lettuce!

Ordered 5 Doritos locos taco supreme and a beefy 5 layer taco. 3 out of the 5 Doritos locos taco supreme was so empty I might as well just be eating the shell. And my beefy 5 layer became a bean 5 layer. 6 item and they messed up all 6 items

I just waited at the window for several minutes which I could understand if they were busy, but they weren't. On top of that all my food was cold, my kids crunchwrap had obviously been sitting there for a while because it was stale and my good had a hair in it. If that's the kind of service they think is okay during a pandemic then wow. Tell whoever is on the line to put on a hair net! Then again they're safety standards are obviously terrible with the way let things happen in that store
