The Centro- Cleveland

The food was incredible! I had the lobster bisque and steak. It was my first time in Cleveland, and I’m really pleased I selected this place for dinner. I highly recommend it!

The food was excellent, but since it was New Year's Eve, we felt a bit rushed. Our server asked us if we planned to order dessert even before our entrees had arrived. Additionally, they started cleaning and sweeping the bar before 10 PM, which added to the hurried atmosphere.

The hotel restaurant is decent overall. The food is good, and the service is excellent, but there isn't anything particularly remarkable or captivating about the menu.

I dined early, 6:00 pm, on New Year’s Eve so I thought service and dining would not be an issue; however, I was wrong. This was my second time having dinner at Centro where the service was mediocre having our servers changed mid dinner even though the first one didn’t leave. Our pre dinner cocktails were tasty, but strong. My entree, rack of lamb, was cooked correctly, medium rare, but was tough. My girlfriend’s entree, grilled salmon, was excellent. We both thought they were unstaffed for the volume of business. Being our second time coming back, our first experience was much better.

Everything was beautiful, service was phenomenal food was delicious!
