Kilwins Cliffside - Cliffside Park

The ice cream was delicious, but unfortunately, the woman who took our order was not very pleasant and got our order wrong. I specifically asked for a dish with three flavors, and she assured me there wouldn’t be a problem. However, she ended up giving us three cups with just one flavor each. When we questioned her about why we received three cups instead of the dish we ordered, she mentioned that the dish could be either double or single. It would have been helpful if she had informed us of that beforehand. Instead, she just served us three single cups without even checking.

Ice cream is decent. Horrible service! Girl working this evening needs an attitude adjustment especially with prices they charge. Pretentious attitude as soon as you walk in and acted like she was doing me a favor ringing me up and then asks for a tip! The quart today was also skimped on 20% compared to the last quart I got. Will not be coming back for awhile until they hopefully retrain their staff.

Today, I decided to treat my parents to some ice cream. (I also bought a box of truffles, but we haven't tried those yet.) With the heat wave hitting, ice cream was definitely a must! My mom and dad opted for the Butter Pecan, while I went for the Superman flavor. The Butter Pecan was perfectly sweet and salty, with plenty of crunchy pecans. As for the Superman—wow! It was fruity and joyous. Who knew happiness could taste so good? It was truly a fun experience! Additional perks include a convenient location for walkers, bus riders, and drivers, ample shaded outdoor seating, and comfortable indoor seating as well. They also offer GrubHub delivery. Gavin provided excellent and friendly customer service during our visit.

I came here with my daughter because we have always loved this place. It has always been a fun and great place for her to enjoy her favorite ice cream and a nice place for a mom when I wanted to reward her... I went in today and order her usual and get the tiniest scoop and probably 13 pieces of rainbow sprinkles for additional charge. I paid almost $9 for it. I am beyond disappointed and heart broken that Kilwins is shrinking their portion and still charging people the same amount for a little scoop of ice cream.

It's a great place to try handmade chocolates, marzipan candy, a lot of kinds of chocolate and many other delicious ?.All the pieces are made with the soul. You can feel it in the air.P.S. So delicious latte I tried yesterday ?.
