Írjon visszajelzéstThey delivered my pie to someone else?. They didn?t even offer to fix it and give me a new pie only to tell me it?s the same price as what I ordered. It?s not what I asked for!! Staff is rude. This place used to be my favorite late night pizza place butsince a few years ago it really went down hill with service/quality everything. So disappointing
I prefer papa Johns out of all the fast food pizza places Pizza Hut is the worst. And this papa johns is fine, can't think of a bad thing to say. Been ordering from here for years and it's always reliable. Pretty quick delivery too. Unlike Cliffsidedominos.
I placed an online order and mistakenly sent it to the wrong address because the checkout process autofilled with information from a previous order on my phone. When I called the restaurant to ask if they could re-deliver it to the correct address or if I could pick it up myself, the manager and the driver dismissed my concerns completely. They told me, "You don't even know where you live," and stated that they couldn't deliver it to my address or offer a refund before hanging up on me. I tried calling again, but they never answered. I even went to check if my order was left at the wrong address, but the driver had taken it back. Now, my calls are going unanswered, and this is not how customer service should operate. I'm not even upset about not getting my food—I'm frustrated with how they treated me. I’m considering reaching out to Papa John’s headquarters or even discussing my options with a lawyer regarding their treatment of customers. I am extremely disappointed.
However, during my most recent visit, I called again to place an order for pick-up and was once again told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When my friend and I arrived to collect it, one of the employees told me that my order had been cancelled. I was shocked and asked why they would do that since I hadn’t requested a cancellation. He explained that I was flagged due to a previous cancellation. I pointed out that I had only ordered from them four times and had never cancelled an order. I asked why they couldn't have at least called me to inform me that my order was cancelled. They then said they could have my pizza ready in 15 minutes. So, once again, I found myself waiting longer than expected for an order that should have been ready. When I went to pay, the cashier became quite snarky, and to top it all off, they gave me a smaller pizza than what I had originally ordered. I’m completely done with this place. The service was just horrible.
The gentleman who took my order tonight did an amazing job. I ended up changing my previous negative review to a full 5 stars. Losing someone like him would definitely impact your business. Keep up the great work!
