Always served hot and consistently great. They never let me down. I absolutely love the salmon and the skirt steak! You can't go wrong with 354!

The food here is consistently excellent, always arriving hot and well-prepared. However, I've noticed that whenever I order seafood, it tends to be overcooked and tough. That's my only complaint.

The steak was expertly cooked and well-prepared, and the tres leches cake was among the best I've ever tasted.

When she returned, she brought back only $2.00, having rounded my bill up on her own initiative to $28. I kindly asked where the rest of my change was, and she explained her reasoning, insisting that the bill was $28 because she had rounded up. However, that wasn’t the case. I inquired if there was a new policy I wasn’t aware of, but she dismissed my question, brushing it off as if it were my fault and that she was doing me a favor by overlooking it. I have never encountered a restaurant that handles money so carelessly and unilaterally decides on tips for takeout orders. My husband and I frequent this place and usually leave over 22% in gratuity because we understand that times are tough. This situation isn’t about the money; it’s about principle. If she had returned my change as in a normal transaction, I would likely have left the tip without a second thought. Customers should have the opportunity to decide whether or not to leave a tip for their pick-up order. It shouldn't be assumed, nor should it leave customers feeling embarrassed. It's a shame, but it seems the management is indifferent, given the numerous negative reviews.
