Írjon visszajelzéstWaiters need more customer service training. Shouldn't have to be asked to remove dirty dishes from the table when you are finished. Gratuities should be awarded based on customer service given. Not capped off on party numbers. Food was great fries were a little salty. I will probably consider another location in the future.
This was my first time at a Chickie and Petes and came here with some friends The service was good. The burger was ok but not for me. The crab fries were tasty. Probably won't be back
Idk, servers were nice and tried to help but the food was cold, beer was warm, and I was agitated by some of the sketchy people sitting around me. If I go back, id try and sit at the bar rather than wait for a table. My dog ate most of our food and LOVED it.
The wife and I went mid afternoon, it wasn't crowded. The waitress was good. The problem was the bathroom, every women's stall was out of order except the handicapped stall. The floor was wet and there was no toilet paper. You would think the amount of money this place/company generates they would be on top of the maintenance of their facilities.
Under-staffed, inefficient, REALLY Poor service, no manager in sight. Never coming back!
