Mr Fuji - CLIFTON PARK

We visited Mr. Fuji for the first time last night, and it was absolutely fantastic! I can honestly say it has become our new favorite Japanese hibachi restaurant. The portions are generous—we even had leftovers for dinner tonight. Our chef was friendly and entertaining, and the waitstaff was attentive to all our needs, ensuring our drinks were never empty. I highly recommend Mr. Fuji; you won’t be disappointed! For dinner, we enjoyed hibachi steak (both sirloin and filet), shrimp, lumber, and scallops, along with appetizers of cucumber rolls, sweet potato rolls (which were the best I've ever had), and a grilled chicken, onion, and jalapeño roll that was the evening special—it was delicious!

Daniel is truly an exceptional chef, at least in my humble opinion. I frequently visit hibachi restaurants in New York City, but during my time in the Albany area, I decided to try Mr. Fuji in Clifton Park. I anticipated great food and the typical entertainment that comes with a hibachi cook. However, Daniel wowed me with new tricks I'd never encountered before, and the food he prepared was absolutely delicious. I will definitely return whenever I'm in the Albany area.

This is the best Japanese restaurant in the area—definitely a must-try! The staff and chefs are exceptional, so be sure to leave a generous tip!

Mr. Fuji is my goal when it comes to sushi in this area. The staff is friendly and professional... but the quality delivered is easy years before any other sushi restaurant in the area. If you are looking to treat your self, a loved one, the family, or a customer. You can't go wrong with Mr. Fuji Sushi!

Mr.Fuji is a great place and very clean, we go for the hibachi which is the best in the area! The staff is outstanding, the environment is really fun and we would recommend it to anyone. My children love it there too and the chef's do a great job including them in the show!! :
