Salty's Pub Galley - CLIFTON PARK

Excellent seafood, neighborhood favorite. We eat there often and I can honestly say I never had a bad meal. The seafood is really good (mind you, it is still like 200 miles from an ocean). The waiter is really friendly, and the decor is typical of New England. Even if there are some large clips on the menu, go for the nightly specialties. Plan on weekends and fridays by lent.... call for reservations.

Fantastic food with a lot of creativity! This is our go-to restaurant whenever we want a delicious meal at a reasonable price. Many visitors to the city ask to return next time they’re here. The seafood is exceptional (don't miss the lobster risotto), and the meat, chicken, and wonderful soups are equally impressive. The service is friendly, and the daily specials are amazing. It’s a perfect restaurant for groups with diverse tastes.

The food was decent, and the desserts were okay. The service at the start was excellent, but after the restaurant began to clear out, we didn’t see any waitstaff for more than half an hour. They were completely absent from the dining room.

Delicious! The homemade clam chowder, fish sandwich, and carrot cake made for the perfect meal.
