How many times is this place going to screw up orders?!?! Even when I was waiting for my order another customer came in with their MISTAKE order as well. So tired of driving back and to return their mistakes. And really, who is going to open everywrapper and pull apart every sandwich to check at the counter! No lie, 3 of the last 6 orders were missing things or hadmistakes...like a ROLL instead of the bagel we ordered, wrong cheese or cheese when we didn't want it, and side orders bagelsnot even in the bag! Time to find a new place.

The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 is that I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a 52 oz bottle of orange juice, and I was charged $10.11 for it!

I chose this place because the lines at two other nearby shops were extremely long, and now I understand why this one didn't have a line. I ordered five bagels—three mini and two regular—but the staff member repeatedly handed me the wrong bagels and ended up overcharging me. The bagels themselves were just mediocre. Next time, I’ll be willing to wait instead.

I ordered the Show Boat Sandwich, which included grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, and balsamic vinaigrette. It was bursting with flavor and remarkably fresh, and the bread was nice and soft. The spicy curly fries were also delicious. The potato salad was decent, too. I would definitely recommend this place for lunch and breakfast. The prices are quite reasonable.

I usually prefer cozy, hole-in-the-wall coffee and breakfast spots, but this chain is impressive. The lox tasted fresh, the coffee was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. My only complaint—though it’s understandable—was that the dining area could use a bit of cleaning between guests. However, given how busy the place is, I can see why that might be challenging. It's a fantastic spot for locals, and I would definitely return when I'm in the area.
