La Fortaleza - Clifton

This is our favorite LA Fortaleza location! The food, staff, decor, entertainment and cocktails are exceptional! If you can 't decide, the top- tier staff will recommend something perfect! The entertainment is fantastic. Every celebration here is special!

EXCELLENTE!!! We came to this restaurant because we've been patronizing their pop-up stand at the Saturday Meadowlands Flea Markets for a long time and we wanted to try out their full menu! The food was excellent, the decor is quirky, the music is loud and the atmosphere is fun!! Perfect scenario for my birthday celebration!

I love how everything is so colorful at this place. Drinks are my favorite here. I just always get only Spanish speaking waitresses, I have nothing wrong about it, I just speak 0 Spanish and I had my order wrong couple times at this place. Parking is here only wallet or you have to try your luck with street parking.

First time here, glad I came. The atmosphere is nostalgic, as least it is for any millennial who grew up watching Telemundo or Univision. The restaurant has floor to ceiling murals, at least a dozen portraits of Frida Kahlo, and even more portraits cut outs of Chespirito. The menu was limited but the food was good. I got the chicken chimichangas, good flavor and portion size.

The decor In this place is definitely Instagram worthy. Super fun and glow in the dark. The food in this place was alright. I had the enchiladas. It’s definitely a popular adult birthday spot. Lots of drinks and shots if your into that.
