Jersey Q - Clinton

Really liked this BBQ joint. Staff is very friendly and the place has a very laid back vibe. I appreciate the fact they let me create my own sampler platter. It included the pulled pork, BBQ chicken, smoked wings, a rib, and some brisket (see photo). I was once told that you can judge good BBQ based on whether or not you can enjoy it without the addition of BBQ sauce. I am happy to report this is the case with Jersey Q. Also, they had a nice beverage selection available. The ribs and brisket were particularly good. Will definitely be back.

Excellent. Homemade southern bbq at its finest. My family of 5 ordered the absolute best ribs and brisket I have ever had. The food was cooked to perfection and the meat literally slides right off of the ribs. Brisket perfect tenderness. I put the carolina sauce on every piece of meat and loved it. Everything is slow smoked and homemade. Cant beat it.

Amazing food. My boyfriend and I shared two sample platters and were blown away. I have never had BBQ like this. The environment is very personal and you sit at a bar next to the kitchen and you are able to see it is the real deal. We were able to talk with the owner and one of the cooks. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and it shows in their food. We will most certainly be returning.

The burned brisket ends are to die for!! The wings are absolutely the best out there and the spare ribs have a very unique flavor. The sides are all southern style and fabulous, my favorites are the pickles, beans and mac n cheese!

Jersey Q did the crooked beef sandwiches for the after party after the St. Patrick's Day Parade and everyone saved how big the beef sandwiches were. Can't wait to go and try a little of everything from the menu. Welcome to Clinton! Went last night (6/18/19) and got ribs and brisket. Very good. Ribs were delicious, I got the last of the brisket, so it was end pieces that is not my favorite part, but nevertheless good. Mac and cheese were so cheesy, my 11-year-old daughter ate the entire container and asked for more. So nice to meet Brandon, a wonderful young entrepreneur. Make the most of the business. You're obviously killing it because you're usually sold out at 6:00! Small world also that you do not know my son, but so many of the children (both young men and women) know that I got to see grow in CPS.
