Food is always fresh and very good quality. The best restaurant in Clinton no doubt!

Servers don't make tips shared guaranteed gratuity. Because of this they felt very slow. Had to walk over and ask to skip dessert even though I paid for it because they were so slow. I saw another couple walk downstairs to ask for drinks since no one had come over. Food plates got mixed up and food runners while nice seemed to be frustrated like this happens a lot. Food sides tasted reheated. Steak was good. Not mad but I wouldn't recommend nor go again

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, as we do every time we dine at Nataz in Clinton, CT. The food is consistently delicious and the service was excellent a job well done!

Our table for four was ready when we got there. It was a good location and comfortable. The waiter came with a small cheeseboard, three menus and said he would be back with the fourth, but returned 10 minutes later to take our order. He never asked if we wanted a drink and we had to ask him about the fixed price menu. He reviewed the menu with us and came back a few minutes later to tell us that there were only two vodka options. A restaurant, with a full bar should have more than two vodka options. We ordered our drinks and wine, and they came within a reasonable amount of time. Then our meals came, and when he brought the meals we asked for another round of drinks. It wasn't until we were almost finished with our meal that he returned with the drinks, and one of the drinks was incorrect. we finished our meal and took our desserts to go.  I remember being there when it was a BYOB. And the BYOB system was much more reliable than the bar service. Also, they automatically add on a 20% service charge which is clearly indicated on the menu that it is not the tip. Needless to say we paid the 20% service charge and no tip. The entrées were good, and the salads were good ,but the fix price cheeseboard at the beginning was clearly stock cheese options from a local store. Nothing special! Also, the bread was good but served cold or room temperature at best. Also, I'm pretty sure that they were in adequately staffed. And for the whole time we were there, there were only three tables at any one time that have people sitting in them, and they were no more than four people at each table. Maybe if someone wanted to treat me to go back I would go or if I got a gift card I would go but definitely will not rush back
