Pizza Hut - Clinton

At this point, I was furious and expressed my frustration since they were unable to confirm that my order had already been paid for. They refused to give me my food. I returned to my car, checked my bank account, and discovered that I had indeed been charged twice. Furious, I stormed back inside only to be accused of lying and was told I should have come in sooner since they hadn’t received my text about waiting outside. Eventually, someone managed to grab my food and tossed it on the counter, telling me there was no reason to be upset and that they would just void the unnecessary charge. When I got home, I called corporate to explain what happened and that one of the charges should be reversed. However, they indicated that was impossible because, according to them, my order hadn’t been paid for in the first place. Now, I’m stuck with two charges and waiting for a call from the district manager. This whole experience has confirmed why I will NEVER return to Pizza Hut again — this location is nothing but trouble.

I was informed that my food had been dispatched for delivery, but I didn't receive it for 30 minutes. The only thing that arrived warm was my soda. I won't be ordering from here again.

I waited over an hour and a half for a medium pizza delivery on a Tuesday afternoon. When my pizza finally arrived, the order was wrong, and it tasted like fish! It was really unpleasant. Did they mix in sardines with the other toppings? So gross. Thanks, Pizza Hut in Clinton, IL.

The service was excellent, but the tables could have used some cleaning. The food was hot and tasty.

All the boxes were crushed when I received the food and they didn't even give me a fork for the pasta and I'm staying in a hotel which you can tell from the address so thanks guys.
