In line by time I got up there I left.It was very slow .

I always order a mobile drive thru order, and I know the drive thru is always slow.. so, I don’t mind waiting…when I got to the speaker I was asked to come in, and I was confused and was expecting a reason, BUT the employee kept repeating the same statement WHILE her manager was yelling in the background..I had already waited in line for 10-15. My little sister went in the store and got the food.. the food was wrong and she said the employees were rude and they treated the other customers rude as well.. We ended up being at Wendy’s for an entire hour. I don’t usually write reviews, but hopefully management can make some improvements so their staff is not under so much stress, they can get the proper training, or even hire more workers..

I came to window and they claim they were close at 11 o’clock pm poor poor

Service slooooooooow. Line inside and drive through were looooong. No sorry for waiting or compensation for waiting. Food was tasty and fresh. The pumpkin spice Frosty was all fake flavoring that tasted nothing like pumpkin. Tastedore like maple syrup. Fries were good. Pricing was good on their specials. Sorry, we do not plan on going there again.

This is the third try of ordering food according to the online published hours (literally confirmed by location 2 weeks ago) 11pm. On a Monday. The drive through lights are shut off but yet 4 employees inside ignoring me. Their cars in parking lot. I didn’t post a review the first two times this happened but the third time and mind you, I’ve only tried it three times. I refused to leave the second time and knocked on the window, again, few minutes prior to 11 and they told me try McDonald’s. No joke. No problem If any business wants to close at the employees workings, discretion… just update your online hours to say “close time Varies. Drive here and take the gamble” it takes less than a minute to update your google hours
