Burro Street Bakery - Cloudcroft

We dined here on Sunday and had an amazing experience! I ordered the peach pie and ended up having two slices because the gentleman at the cafe mentioned that the last slice from one pie was too small to sell on its own. The pie was incredibly delicious! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be returning!

I ordered the lemon cheesecake pastry and it was amazing. The lemon curd had just the right balance of tart and sweet flavors. The man at the counter suggested it when I was thinking about the blackberry pastry, and I'm so thankful for his recommendation. The customer service was excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place!

I absolutely loved the pecan pie and pastries! The staff were incredibly friendly and humorous, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. The coffee was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and there was a great variety to choose from. There were so many pies available! We'll definitely return for more whenever we're in the area. It's a must-visit spot!

Excuse the pictures as i forgot to take them before we started sharing the treats. we had 2 different pieces of fruit pie an they were very nice, a cherry cheese danish that was good, some honey sticks and some their pinion coffee. overall it was a verynice experience.

Heavenly! We took a day trip from Ruidoso after several friends recommended this restaurant, and it definitely lived up to the hype. When you visit, be sure to ask the staff to check what fresh baked goods are available from the kitchen above. I enjoyed a fresh apple turnover and a chocolate-covered cake donut, while my husband had a cream cheese Danish and a cranberry cookie. We loved it so much that we went back for seconds and shared a warm apple cinnamon roll. If you're not particularly fond of crowded places, this spot is perfect for you. They offer free Wi-Fi and extra seating on the upper floor, which has a TV and a lovely view of the kitchen where you can smell the delicious food being prepared. This place is a hidden gem run by friendly people!
