Chicken was cooked jus right... Was really happy to get the $20 boneless fix(20 Boneless Wings 4 Flavors 2 Regular Fries 2 Regular Drinks 2 Dip sauces)cause i got to pick 4 flavors of type of wings,potato salad sweet potato fries Mango habanero,lemon pepper, parmesan garlic Louisiana rub... If u love wings an boneless wing i highly recommend this place...

The chicken was cooked properly. was really happy, the $20 boneless fix(20 boneless wing 4 flavors 2 regular fries 2 drinks regular 2 dip sauces) because I have 4 aromes of type of wing, kartoffel salat sweet potato fries mango habanero, lemon pepper, parmesan garlic louisiana rub. if u wing love a casual wing, I highly recommend this place.

The third time in order they didn't give in for whom we paid. please see the picture for example of wing quality. that is not the first time they gave us almost unexisting nuggies as wings.

I'm not sure if the check-out lady had a bad day or what, but she was pretty rude for my family and I. I don't expect much when I get food, but I didn't expect a posture to order food. I'm sorry to interrupt her? please don't spit in my food?

On 2/3/22, we ordered 50 pieces of wing and other food for $70. they put it in a bag and tied it up. we were advised not to break the seal. we trust that they had the count correctly. when we came home, the children had opened the box and began to eat the wings and fries. while the children were eating, we began to notice that there were only 2 boxes that had chicken wings. there are typical 4 boxes with chicken wing for 50 peices. there is no possibility to fit 50 chicken wings in two boxes. we called the wing stop on Herndon/Sunnyside and advised them of the question. the assistent, mari (if I remember her name correctly) has continued to interrupt me and told me that I will let her speak. she accused me of lying and only one way for me to get more chicken wings. After she had spoken, I explained to her that every reasonable person would believe there is no possibility of 50 chicken wings fit in 2 boxes. she broke me again, called me a lousy and told me I was rude to her. I told her I'd like a refund for the missing chicken wings. mari advised that we were not able to receive a refund and simply fill out a question of our experience. I wanted to talk to the manager. mari said she was the manager. I was a regular customer and knows that mari wasn't the chief manager and most likely was an assistant manager. I asked about the manager again. mari hung us up. I called the restaurant again and could talk to the manager madison. I gave her the phone call with mari and the missing chicken boxes. Madison was polite all the time and recommended that we could get a refund for the missing huh. I said I was at the location in 16 minutes. when we arrived, clovis pd was in front of location and watched us all the time. it is safe to bet mari or one of the employees had contacted the police on us. we entered in wing stop and talked with madison. she was polite all the time and could give us the refund of the missing chicken wings after showing her photos of the order we received. madison agreed that there is no possibility to fit 50 pieces in 2 boxes. I asked if mari worked here. madison advised that she was just a temporary assistent manager at this location and works on another wing stop. I have advised madison that I write her a good word, but I will turn to the district manager and submit a complaint against mari. Once we left the restaurant, clovis pd. concluded: I could not believe that they would call us a lügner, just to get more food, they tell me that I am rude, but several times talked about us, then they will call us clovis pd. I am glad that madison was polite all the time and agreed that 50 chicken wings can not be in 2 boxes. a good word is set for madison. a complaint to the district manager will be made about mari's false accusations that do not allow me to speak with the chief manager because she was the chief manager, then randomly see clovis pd at wing stop and so happened to go when he saw that we left the restaurant. unfortunately I will no longer order food from this place. it's not the missing guy that counts more. it's all unnecessary drama that caused mari.
