Írjon visszajelzéstLast night we had a private event at Manger. The food is absolutely delicious. I discovered new tastes by every bite. But also, consistency, complexity and balanced flavours. Chef Silviu C. is doing an amazing job here. The shrimps, hummus and salmon are epic! I heard about the beef being ‘the best’. Keep up the good work taste!
The perfect cozy place in the heart of the city to have the best slected food. The shrimps are amazing, definitely my favourite out of everyting I ate until now. The Staff are welcoming, warm and funny. I recommend from the bottom of my heart. It's a must if you love good food.
I have seen many reviews where the attitude problem was reported, yet no action items have been taken so far. First time at Manager and I can confirm the waiters bad attitude. I hope the manager of Manager will see this review, the problem is not one person, the problem is the culture of the team. At least 3 of them made sure to let us know they are waiting for us (indeed we were the only 2 remaining guests in the testaurant) so they can go home early. It was about 9:30PM when they told this first, closing time is 10:30PM. Is a pitty, the guy from the kitcken does a great job but, is no use if the interface with the customer is bad. Sorry, no more manager for us again.
I will start with the food which is the easy part, as it was really tasty so absolutely nothing to complain here. When it comes to the attitude of the waitresses, well, it 's another story. Rude with no time to spare and actually treat the client with respect. The worst thing is that I have never in my life (nor me, not even the rest of the group) felt so embarrassed for the attitude they displayed. We were 10 people (8 adults, 2 kids), with a check of 300+ euros, arrived at 18:30 and at 20:30 we were invited to leave the location as that is how long our reservation was valid. No, we were not notified about this in advance as we wouldn 't have done the resevervation in the first place and they even had the courage to lie saying that they told us over the phone which was not true. We even had another bottle of wine ordered, nearly untouched and needed to stop enjoying our family reunion. And guess what, they actually invited us to leave when they still had free tables and there was no one else waiting to get inside the restaurant. We left just before 21:00 so we would have noticed if someone wanted to take our sit , with the place closing at 22:30. Was it because the little kids were moving around the table (no, the little ones were not loud or disrespectful in anyway)? I will let you decide that... but meanwhile, if you have a no kids policy, at least say it upfront. Don 't just provide the food, ask for the money and kick the client out. You don 't give a dime on your customer experience, that 's for sure. Will never visit this place again.
We’ve had here one of the best culinary experiences in Cluj, with my colleagues from work. The atmosphere is intimate great for some friends to get together and catch-up, the service very sharp and the food is just amazing. We had 4 starters, and 3 main courses for dinner with some Bleu de Mer Rose wine. The starters: Manger Provencal Dips loved the hummus of the dips , the shrimp personally i am not a fan of see food but my friends liked it , the duck was great, and i especially liked the cheesy gnocchi. For main course we had the daily special beef ribs , beef and the octopus with various sides- they were all very good. At the end of the evening it was very hard for us to leave ; hopping next tome we can also try the deserts!
