The food was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. Service was decent, though it could have been more attentive. The atmosphere was lacking, making it less inviting. Additionally, finding parking was somewhat difficult, although there is a free parking lot available.

We often choose this place for fast food because the kids enjoy it. However, the food quality can be inconsistent. Sometimes it’s great, but more often than not, we’re disappointed. We've encountered issues like missing dipping sauces for nuggets, items missing from our burgers, and fries that can be overly salty, not salted at all, or soggy—even after we've asked for them to be “fresh and hot” due to previous experiences. There have also been mix-ups with our take-out orders, leading to confusion about who ordered what, which is quite embarrassing when we have to sort it out at the waiting area. The staff really needs to focus more on food preparation and provide a more welcoming and friendly service. It's clear that the manager on duty isn’t doing a good job addressing these problems. I can understand why some customers may lash out at the staff.

I would highly recommend avoiding this place. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and was met with a crowd of teenagers running things. It took 15 minutes just to get four drinks, and the Fanta was so poorly mixed that it tasted like just soda water. The staff behind the counter were too busy hugging and saying goodbye to one of their friends to focus on serving customers. This was definitely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

As soon as I got in the entire place was dirty. There are rubbish everywhere, food on the ground and drinks spilled everywhere. The workers didn't even bother to clean when they can all see the place is dirty. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Wouldn't recommend this store , absolutely filthy in the dinning area that we decided to ask for our order to be a takeaway after we tried to search for a clean area to sit and eat. Then when my son opened his burger we discovered it had cheese despite my wife asking double checking that it didn't and be told that they promised there wasn't any. When my wife went back in because she was angry at the fact they lied and could have hospitalised him, they refused to redo the order and just handed my wife her money back and kicked her out. If this is how you treat your customers I hope you go bankrupt.
