The chicken tastes amazing, the service is great and fast, and the atmosphere is wonderful.

I love the chicken here, but it seems to be a big issue for your staff to honor the $19.99 text special that’s clearly posted on your window. Two of your employees questioned me about it and didn’t even know what I was referring to. When I asked if I could either get the chicken at the $23.99 price or get my money back, I was met with resistance from your manager. This wasn’t because I couldn’t afford the price, but rather due to the poor customer service. I really miss your big chicken.

First time buying this Chicken and it was very flavorful and little to no grease residue. The rice is pretty good! Everything overall was amazing going back again.

I recently visited Juan Pollo, and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. The skin on the chicken is the best I've ever had. The chicken breast was so juicy, which can be hard to find. The rice was fantastic, and I loved that they included actual chicken in it. I'm not a fan of mayo, so I usually avoid potato salad, but as soon as I tried theirs, I fell in love. This might be the only place I order potato salad from now on. The service I received was excellent, and I really appreciated their safety measures during these times, such as the screen between customers and the cashier and ensuring everyone was wearing masks. I highly recommend this restaurant for its delicious food at a great price!
