Juan Pollo - Coachella

I've eaten from another location via uber eats and it was yummy. I've only been here once before about a month ago and the chicken was dry. I ordered a half chicken meal then. I'm here again today to give them another shot. Today I ordered 4 crunchy chicken taco. Hopefully my next review will be better.

Good chicken at a reasonable price and prepared for you within minutes is awesome.

I had not been to Juan Pollo in many years. I remember back then there was a short Hispanic lady. I don't know if she was the owner or the manager, anyway, she always treated her customers with courtesy and respect. I went into the store and ordered in Spanish, the cashier gave a look and spoke to me in English. I don't have a problem speaking in either languages, but as a courtesy, she should have responded in Spanish. Her attention was to a coworker while I was ordering. The only reason I gave it two stars and not one is because I did like the potato salad. Sadly I will not be returning to Juan Pollo, I will go back to another favorite of mine, KFC.

The staff is unwelcoming, very unprofessional and treated the person in front of me completely different. The lady was bland and very rude/stand offish.

Good chicken always fresh and the employees are always friendly and fast
