Subway - Coalville

The restaurant doesn't open at the scheduled times. It's often closed during regular business hours, and the parking lot is usually empty.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant because I was waiting for a coworker outside and in the back. While I waited, I noticed that someone on staff should really be checking to make sure that guests can enter and exit the restaurant smoothly. Additionally, I think it would be helpful if they installed a doorbell in the back so that staff can hear when someone arrives.

The manager lacks friendliness, and the staff could use more training to improve their performance. It's not necessarily their fault, as better training is needed. Additionally, they frequently run out of at least one item, if not more.

Came in a few months ago for the first time and was refused service and was told that the store was closed even though there were other customers being served and the store wasn't set to close for another two hours. I came in again today in the morning to give this place a another chance with my wife and when we gave our order selections which were two footlong sandwiches on flat bread and the employee put all of the meat and cheese in the middle of the bread and rolled it like a wrap. Still was charged for a footlong even though the sandwich was only 6 . I won't come back to subway again.

I stopped by here earlier this evening (Saturday September 23rd). The sign on the door said they were open until 9pm. I went inside at 7:57pm. I was refused service and turned away. There was 1 male staff and 1 female staff present and the young man told me we haven 't had anyone come in for about an hour and we started cashing out already. This situation was absurd. Why post hours of operation if you are going to randomly close early because you got bored? I have never experienced this situation as a restaurant customer before. Wish Google would let me give zero stars.
