I went to the buffet the other day with my fiancée. The staff or the food could not blame. Well done with many choices... also for vegetarians like me. The cheese Tortellini was particularly delicious and I ended up with 2 plates of it as it was so good. The maple and pecan cake was also very good as the other meals I tried. I would definitely eat here again when I visited Fresno. I also need to point out that one of the ladies on the buffet counter, where you pay, treats a terrible customer who thought it would be okay to press into the queue very well. Well done because they do not hold back when faced with an intimidating/pushy member of the public

Great variety of food including salad bar, Mexican, Italian, Asian, and American foods. The carving station always has something delicious and plenty of deserts to choose from. We have eaten there dozens of times and are never disappointed. They normal have some good weekday lunch specials as well.

Food was delicious and there was a great amount of selection between dishes and types of food. We came on a Monday so there was different Italian foods as the focus. Can't wait to come back again and try another day to see what they have!

Always great fresh offerings at California Market Buffet. A variety of comfort food, Asian, Mexican, Italian, and down home USA cuisine. A wonderful dessert section with every delicious treat you could possibly want, including sugar free choices. All food sections are well attended and kept up by courteous and friendly staff. When we want to treat ourselves we go to Chukchansi's California Market Buffet for a relaxed atmosphere and consistently good food. Thank you, Chukchansi!

The seafood buffet was surprisingly impressive! On Wednesdays, they offer an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet for just $8.99 per person. In addition to the seafood, there are also Mexican, Chinese, salad, soup, pizza, and pasta options available. The buffet is extensive, featuring a variety of items such as shrimp, oysters, trout, and fried shrimp. Everything was delicious and an excellent value. Despite the fact that many diners indulged heavily in crab, the buffet was always well-stocked. I can't wait to return, as there was so much food available at such a great price!
