Írjon visszajelzéstI like Pizza Hut, but they lost my order tonight because they're app was frozen, giving me only a spinning circle, so I'm doing Mario's tonight. Not this store's problem, obviously, but corporate. :
No dining in, no curbside pickup even though that was offered, only one employee on duty at 6pm, so pizza was not hot when we picked it up.
Amazing. Classic pizza just like the 90s used to give us. Bring back the hut in its original form.
I'm reading this location in terms of other Pizza Hut. If you don't have any experience with Pizza Hut, it's sauce is little less sweet than other regional chains, with a slightly doughy crust... unless you get the crispy crust/thin crust version. This location does a decent job with online/pickup orders. The estimated time is usually correct. The pizza is always hot and well made when we pick it up. The other items (breadsticks, wings, boneless wings) are also well prepared. The signage seems to indicate that you can eat indoors here, but to be honest the last couple times I've gone, I've not noticed anyone sitting down to eat. It seems like most people in the Covid-era are using delivery or take away. The staff seem friendly and are wearing masks, although not always perfectly. Parking is ample as this area doesn't have a lot of competing shops for the semi private parking lot. Conveniently located right off York Road, and easy to find. Overall; if you're in the mood for Pizza Hut, this is a good location to order from. If you have never tried Pizza Hut then this is a good location to have your first experience with.
I give it 5 stars for a Pizza Hut/chain pizza restaurant. Obviously, if you want an artesian pizza, you probably won't be happy, but you also won't get a large 3-topping for $10. The food is good and the staff, in my experience, is polite and professional. They are, like everyone else right now, a bit short-staffed during busy times, but even going when only one young guy was working, he managed to stay pleasant and accurate while taking telephone orders, greeting customers, and making the food himself. I was even more surprised when that day, I had the best pizza I've ever had here. The only advice I have is that the owner reach out to dissatisfied customers with more than a standard form message. They are not going to change their review unless you make things right for them.
