Starbucks - Cockeysville

Love that my drinks are always made quickly and delivered with friendly service. For coffee in the Fall I love the blonde roast. In the summer I usually get an iced latte with 1 pump caramel. Using the app for online ordering is easy and convenient...my drink is always ready at the pick-up time. The staff working inside and at the drive thru are always kind. Make sure to tip your batista!

They took FOREVER in my order. Most of the staff were friendly but the women in charge of my order took forever and I could tell it was on purpose because she didn?t want to sell me a box of coffee.

I'm not sure what drink recipe they are using, but it can't be the same as other starbucks location. The drinks are bad. This is the second time(and will be my last) getting a drink here and it taste terrible and nothing like what I ordered at another Starbucks location. I have to go down to the other location on york rd to get a good drink.

I bought a 12oz capuchino and I got only half of the cup. And this is so expensive for this amount. Not buying again

I got a iced chai with cold foam, and whoever the barista was working that day was on point ? I took one sip and ascended. I'm a student and there's literally nothing better than getting a drink that's not watered down and you can enjoy before going to study. I wish there was some way I could leave a survey of the order directly, but to the barista thanks for the delicious drink, I hope your pillow is always cold and your week is awesome
