Fine Brewed On Ramsey - Coeur d'Alene

I ordered a blue ras desert pear redbull iced with coconut milk, the coconut milk was .75 extra and when I got my drink there wasn’t any. So thanks for charging me and not giving me what I ordered. The drink has way to much flavor syrup as well.

Acai Bowls are amazing but the peach Redbull had this nasty thick texture at the bottom. Tried stirring but it didn't dissolve. I'm not sure what needs to dissolve in a redbull drink?

I've been a regular customer at Renee's for as long as I can remember. Lately, the customer service has been rather disappointing which is hard for me to say because they have ALWAYS been my favorite coffee stand. The baristas used to be so cheerful and happy to serve. Within the last few months I've felt rushed, ignored, or interrupted while ordering. Meanwhile the cars ahead are chatting away. I miss the customer service I used to receive.

In line waiting that is perfect, there is a coffee shop ordered my food the lady that gave me my food was incredibly rude and gave me the totally wrong bagel not even near what I ordered no one will answer the phone, it is terrible would no one recommend!!!

This was my very first time ordering here. My drink was fine, small though. The protein bowl that I received had an entire rotten avocado. Absolutely disgusting, if you don't have fresh avocado then don't serve it. That's a huge food safety concern. Yuck.
