Eggberts - Coffeyville

Went during breakfast hours; ordered chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and fried okra. Waited at least 15 minutes. Waitress told me they were out of biscuits. Food arrived; biscuit included. Mashed potatoes (pretty sure they were from a box were cold; chicken fried steak had a nice crust; gravy was ok; fried okra was better than I thought it would be (light flour dusting rather than heavy cornmeal ; biscuits were interestingly good (maybe pan fried? .

The service was horrible. Would not recommend!.got the wrong food waited 15 minutes for my food. Not once checked on. She waa too busy talking and then she walked out the door. Did not once apologize for messing up my order. The person I was with didn't get the whole order and we had to ask for the rest of it 5 times.

Everytime we place a to-go order it is wrong. They were out of ranch dressing. Tonight we were missing 1/3 of our order. So we had to wait on them to fix that. Meanwhile the rest of the food was getting cold. Then we get home and one burger has no veggies with it and wasn't fully cooked. The sundowner is missing the salsa, the eggs on it are over easy instead of scrambled, the hash browns and onions are burnt and they put the jalapenos on it when it was supposed to be without them. They don't care when you tell them things aren't right. The cook is always outback smoking. Service in the restaurant isn't any better. It's slow to non existent. Tables and floors are always dirty. Won't be back.

Didn’t get my cup of soup, sausage, bacon, toast. Asked for chicken fried chicken and got country fried steak. Live 15 mins out and they told me there was nothing they could do for me unless I brought the food in. When I didn’t even get half of what I was suppose to. I will never return the food we got was COLD! POOR MANAGEMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Food was good. Service was mediocre. Plenty of wait staff for the number of patrons, but my waitress seemed frazzled so I had to wait a long time to get my bill paid.
