Sushi Cognac

The room is good. A strange smell still floats in the air. The soup is radically different from those I could taste. less well in my sense. But. Sushi, sashimis and makis are good. to test.

I pick a miso soup, a chirashi with tuna and salmon and 6 maki salmon-consol. about the miso soup (personally I love it) but there I found it any I looked for algae but not the least trace even at the bottom of the bowl. Let's go to the chirashi, the charming kitchenr tells me he's out of tuna. disappointment but tanpis I take that salmon, what was not my surprise that seeing huge slices of salmon (at least on the quantity it doesn't laugh) but I would have wanted them to be cut smaller for ease. rice great disappointment: horrible taste. and makis a lot but then a lot too big. Even if the fish is fresh, the rice that accompanies is just as exquisite. The quantity is there but not the quality. Too bad.
