The Tatty Burger Company - Colchester

I visited for the first time last week and ordered the garlic bread as an appetizer, which was unfortunately a bit overcooked. However, I ordered one of their delicious "Pornstar" pizzas, though I can't recall the exact name. It had toppings of chicken, salami, pepperoni, and mushrooms. It was absolutely fantastic! The toppings were generous, and the base was delicious. The restaurant is cozy, but the pizza was great, and the service was good. I would definitely recommend it and plan to return!

This is the best Italian restaurant I've found in Colchester. I've traveled to Italy several times, and this place reminds me of those charming, family-run Italian eateries. The food is absolutely exquisite and incredibly authentic. Everything is made from scratch, and you can really taste the difference. It's far superior to any chain restaurant. You simply have to try the tiramisu—it's outstanding! The service was friendly and efficient, and the prices are very reasonable. I'm just disappointed that I've lived in Colchester for years without discovering this gem!

I visited this restaurant to celebrate Mother's Day with my mother, and it exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent, the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was wonderful. I would definitely give it a 10/10 and highly recommend it! Thank you!

Our pre-cinema lunch on Saturday was a joy. it is the second time that I was and it was so beautiful an experience as the last time and certainly worth a luminous review. the personal was super friendly. the menu was what I would expect from a good independent italian (I noticed that the special board was empty, but I think pre-covid would have been full of interesting and specialized seasonal oriented) pizza was delicious at our previous visit and this time I had a filled mushroom starter, delicious lasagne with by the lethalat and a panettone dessert recommended by the waiter washed by a pretty white silish wine. her coffee espresso was particularly delicious with dessert. it will be a simple recommendation and I am happy to go back again and again.

We had the most amazing meal here yesterday. Miseria has a lovely atmosphere and such friendly owners. I had delicious vegan arancini and lasagna, my partner had equally delicious non-vegan food. Amazing freshly cooked, authentic food. Such a brilliant independent restaurant with so many options! The portions were plentiful and for such a good price too. We will definitely be back, thank you for such a lovely evening!
