I couldn't help but notice the manager in the back who was reminding the employees to stop stomping their feet, which was quite a moment. Their return to the window was a real standout! Big shoutout to the manager for setting the tone and maintaining order with that caring approach. I absolutely love it!
The food was good, but the staff overshadowed the experience. The restaurant needs better management and a more effective schedule for the team. Customers shouldn’t have to endure frustration, which could easily be resolved with a proper schedule during peak hours and appropriate compensation.
