Checkers - College Park

This restaurant should be closed down immediately! The staff was unhelpful, the orders were incorrect because of a shift change, and they needed to change the cash drawer. Can you believe it? We ended up driving to Church's Chicken and eating in our car while the employees at this restaurant laughed and took their sweet time. We witnessed over 20 cars coming and going before even reaching the loudspeaker box to place an order. This place needs to be shut down - lazy and inefficient workers who can't keep up with the demand!

My experience at Checkers in Georgia last weekend was the worst ever. I had been craving Checkers since we don't have one in the city. I received my meal cold, as if it had been sitting in the bag waiting to be returned. The girl taking my order was rude and didn't listen to me. When I went to pick up my order at the window, she handed me my drink and dropped the straws. I tried to explain that the drink I ordered was not supposed to be iced, but she just rolled her eyes, refilled the cup with ice, and handed it back to me. Not only did I not receive any napkins, but the girl seemed bothered by any requests. The inside of the restaurant was dirty, and when I took a bite of my food, it was cold and had a weird texture. I ended up throwing it away.

Standing in the walkup window for 10 minutes and nobody recognized me. the manager even didn't say a word. only one car in the drivethru so they can't blame it on a long line.

The employees do not practice sensation! They stand around on their phones with gloves on and then when they have to make the food they use the same gloves to touch the food! Disgusting! On top of that the service is super slow! The wait time is more than 35 minutes!

Oh my God we waited in line almost 30mins just to watch the cashier play in her hair play on her phone count money with gloves on &after witness her go fix our food with the same glove she played in her hair with the same gloves she continued to answer mgs on her phone &also the same gloves she counted money with. This young girl grab our food with them gloves &she laughed when I ask for the manager. Lord fast food just isn't the same. Whatever happened to hair nets? I will never be back with this team of employees. I do have 1 nice thing to say the young lady that was working the fryer was really working &staying focused great job to her may She find a company that will appreciate her.
