The Spot Mini - College Park

I had a great experience at this restaurant, and the Boba drinks were delicious! However, I was surprised to find that my Taro Smoothie tasted like actual Doritos for some reason.

The Spot Mini is a small space with a decent amount of seating, but could use more unique food options. The food options include Poki DC, Akira Ramen, Gong Cha, Tamashi, and Du Du Dumpling. It is a place best suited for picking up food or ordering to go. The service was standard, with a polite cashier and quick order delivery. Ordering online for pick up is recommended to avoid wait times. The food options are typical for asian cuisine, with favorites being the Mix Katsudon ($14), Poki Bowl ($14), and Strawberry Matcha Latte ($6.75). However, Poki DC skimps on the protein scoops and Du Du Dumplings' dumplings are not as thick as shown in the pictures, being more like standard gyozas. Overall, The Spot Mini falls short of a 5-star rating.

I ordered a noodle bowl that lacked inspiration and was even more bland than I had hoped for as a picky pregnant person. However, my husband's bowl was much tastier.

Great place for quick and reasonably priced poke bowls $12 $14)! I was pleasantly surprised at how generous the scoops were. Also loved the check out process you just order via the screens and you can select items from any of the stalls. Super easy to add gongcha boba to an order

Gong Cha is a great tea place, and this location was just as good as others I've visited! Nice area to eat.
