Bonappetea - College Station

Nope ! Ordered the teriyaki chicken Banh MI and I don't know what meat was in it but it tasted awful . Stale, and an unpleasant smell. Utter disappointed.Vegetarian options: No veg options

Pros: good service, fun chill dim atmosphere, good for college students to studyCons: limited parking, bland food and drinks, limited seating, no dessert (contrary to what their sign says)I had a few different milk teas, bahn mi, and popcorn chicken. They were all bland. The popcorn chicken in particular are just spherical chicken nuggets; no basil or any flavor whatsoever. If you've been to any other halfway decent boba tea bar, you will probably find this place to be at least meh, if not outright disappointing.Parking: If you're not a college student living nearby, you'll probably have to park in a garage and walk. They only have a few spaces and people start parking behind other cars and block people in really quickly.

Ordered the Taro milk tea with boba and red beans, which hit the spot! The tea is very fragrant, which I like. The sweetness was perfect, they didn't put too much ice, and the boba was the right amount of chewiness. I'm glad they have red beans, which goes well with the already creaminess of taro. I would definitely come back here.

So this is a cute spot for a quick bite, the parking is unconventional but they seem to have a good system down if someone parks behind you. I gave it a 4 because of the Thai tea, I would not recommend it at all and I love my Thai tea this was just a miss for me. However, the bahn mi sandwich was simply amazing, the flavors were on point and the meat was juicy and very tender. If I could give a 4.5 I would! The service was also great, the young lady was sweet. Next time I'm in town I will return.

Walked into store around 11:25A. No posted time signage on the door, door was able to be opened and internet stated that the establishment opened at 11A. Nonetheless, man at the register shouted that THEY WERE NOT OPEN in offensive manner as we entered inches into the establishment, as if it were obvious knowledge and we should have known otherwise. It was incredibly off-putting, especially as a friend and I had been looking to try a new boba place. A simple interaction that has definitely put me off from going again- we tried our usual boba place instead. I 'm not sure what the issue was, but I am sure that it was not our fault and that we didn 't deserve to be shouted at that way. I hope all is better in the future.
