Did curbside, took them 30 minutes to bring food, but had to call them and remind them I was there. Couldn't go to drive thru, it was closed. Probably won't go back, horrible service.
Food was suitable. The atmosphere is cozy. We weren’t familiar with the menu so we had questions. It’s hard to see the menu up so high near the ceiling. But what I want to say is we had good service from Nicole. We took time to speak to her, thank her, tell her everything was fine, smile at her. She brought us each a cookie, which was so touching. She made our experience pleasant and I hope we brightened her day a little too!
Really disappointed....I chose your store for a reward breakfast for my team and part of my order was left off....that's not the problem....the problem is I not only have the inconvenience of a missing items on my order but also when I call to simply get a refund I'm told I have to come back to the store to get anything done about it....never asked my name....just asked ...should I add your name to the board? I'm a manager for another local store and had a tremendous amount of catering so returning was not an option.....maybe something can be done to make fixing YOUR mistake more customer friendly.
I ordered online and they forgot to put my soup in the bag. When I called, they told me I need to go to the shop for my refund. Why would I select delivery if I wanted to go to the shop?
