Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory

We had a last minute meeting today and lunch was decided late. Called Rosa?s on University and 30 minutes later o picked up a large order. All smiles and kindness from the staff. Even helped load it in my car! Great group of people and great foodfor a great price! Tarah (manager) is the best!

Overall the food was delicious for the pricing. The colors werr very beautiful and the price was not bad for the quantity. On tuesday, they held a special menu item for cheaper. However, they did make a mistake with my order wrote cheese instead ofchicken in my food. The inside was very cold and was hard to enjoy my food while freezing.

Their complimentary condiment bar is the best, offering the freshest sauces, pico de gallo, jalapeños, onions, and cilantro. The ambiance is lovely, with great Spanish music playing in the background. Every location proudly upholds the Rosa's Café Tortilla Factory name. I just wish there was a Rosa's in San Antonio, TX, because I believe they would really compete with other Mexican restaurant chains. Plus, they always prioritize the customer—if there's an incorrect order, they fix it immediately, no questions asked. The staff is genuinely nice and never gives you attitude. It's clear that they are hardworking people all around!

Amazing! I've been to one before, but I can't quite remember where—I'm pretty sure it was in the Dallas area. The food is great; it's not authentic Mexican, but it's fantastic. Highly recommended!
