Palermo's Pizza - Collegeville

This place is fantastic! After a while, most local pizza spots tend to lose their touch, but this is the first one where I consistently get great food every time I order. The staff has always been friendly and polite, which is a nice bonus. The food is a solid 10/10—everything from the pasta and Stromboli to the mozzarella sticks, onion rings, fries, and pizza is just amazing. I highly recommend it!

The cheesesteaks were excellent. However, I was disappointed with the rewards program. We collected 6 magnets for a free cheese pizza, but it turns out we couldn't use them for the 7 cheesesteaks we purchased tonight. If we had made separate visits, we could have redeemed them for a free pizza, but because we attempted to redeem them while making the purchase, they wouldn't apply. It's a frustrating policy that only upset a customer who spent nearly $100 on cheesesteaks. We learned a lesson, but the reasoning behind it seems rather silly.

This restaurant is truly one of the most beautiful dining spots in the area. Every time I visit, I leave feeling delighted. They consistently maintain an exceptional level of service and provide outstanding meals. I highly recommend this place—you’re sure to enjoy it!

We just moved to the area and Palermo is facing. We went our first night in town and returned several times. The food is good, we have their pizza and salads I recommend both. We didn't want to try anywhere else and there's an Italian restaurant on every corner.

My favorite of the Palermo's is the Phoenixville location. But everything here was good as well. The place seemed a bit empty; hopefully they are busier on certain days and at other times. I recommend the salads here; I'm partial to the Spinach Salad and the Israeli Salad.
