Chili's Grill Collierville

Tonight was my husband and I's first visit to the Collierville Chili's, and we had a fantastic experience. Our waiter, James Tice, was exceptional. He provided excellent service and had a wonderful attitude.

The food was absolutely delicious. My server did a decent job despite juggling multiple tasks. I was so engaged in conversation with my guest that I didn't really notice any mistakes. However, based on the overall experience, Collierville wasn't my preferred choice, in my opinion.

This Chili's location really struggles with getting even the simplest orders correct. My last two delivery orders were incorrect. On a previous order, they added items to a salad despite my clear instructions to leave some things off, which forced me to drive to the restaurant to resolve the issue. I gave them another chance today, and while they finally got the salad right, they messed up a basic chicken sandwich, giving me the wrong one entirely. I tried to be understanding, but I won’t be ordering from this location anymore since it’s clear that they don’t pay attention to simple orders and requests for modifications.

Chilis is like date night for us. We like going there for the 2 for $25 menu. Fills us up every time. Never had a bad meal. Like most places, they seem to be short staffed at this time and are only using a portion of the restaurant. Atmosphere tends to be a little loud but not unbearable.

The food is always great, and they have enough servers again, so the service was excellent.Food: 5/5
