FANTASTIC SERVICE Thanks for saving the day for my daughter's birthday party! I will ALWAYS use you guys in the future! That one time I tried another place won't happen again! Thanks for being great having delicious PIZZA!

Just got an order of cold pizza and virtually every order was wrong. Called to rectify and they didn’t answer the phone. For 30 minutes! Germantown restaurant manager had to step in to help. Edit 2.0 They were going to bring out the items to correct the order. Two hours after we placed the order. Meanwhile the food was still cold and no one ate together. They never did. My wife called back today. The manager apologized profusely and admitted they should’ve done better. He also admitted he recently took over from less than stellar previous management. A bit of fixing to be done. Bravo for honesty. He then comped the bill AND credited our account for next time. Bravo for customer care. That’s how you keep and gain customers. This is now a 4 instead of 1 star review. Thank you very much.

Pizza was delicious! Our food was hot and fresh! Fountain sodas were great crisp and refreshing ???? the starff was very welcoming and courteous ! Greeted us and checked on us during our dining experience.

Love this pizza and the cauliflower crust! Thanks for being fast and having super customer service.
