Mcdonald's - Collierville

Everything about this place sucks, despite being in the best possible location. It's always a pigsty and the people who work here managers included would never be allowed to work anywhere else. I hope corporate replaces them all with robots if this is the best they can do with humans.

My fries were stale and cold. My cheeseburger was luke warm.

2:28 on a Saturday and the ice cream machine per the employee at the drive thru is “out” when you guys are advertising shakes and it’s hot AF out, when I asked why it was out he responded with “why?….uh cause it’s broke” what a joke, it’s always “broke” ?

Could this 'fast food ' place possibly be any slower? 9:30 in the morning and the not so long line was 14 minutes to pick up my unsweet iced tea. As I 'm driving off I took a sip. You guessed it. It was sweet. The level of incompetence in fast food has reached new lows when they can 't get an order CORRECTLY called back to me correct when they give it to me.

Even though this location is open til midnight, i was informed by the extremely rude and borderline illiterate drive thru employee that they were about to close and it wasn 't even 11 yet. In her words, what you tryin to get cos we about to close . I replied, nothing i guess, have a nice day and left. If this is how McDonald 's management trains there employees, new management might be a consideration for this location.
