Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Collinsville

The restaurant had my food prepared even before I had a chance to sit down, which was great! I requested extra marshmallows in my ice cream and they provided it, which was also fantastic! The ambiance is average, but overall it is a very good place if you're looking for tasty food at a reasonable price, costing me less than $12.

My teenage brother, son and I came to eat at this restaurant after our truck broke down. They provided us with a phone charger and toys for my son to play with. I have never experienced such kindness before. Thank you very much.

I absolutely adore this Dairy Queen. The staff is consistently friendly and reliable. My only issue is that sometimes the ice cream is too melty and the food can be lukewarm/soggy. However, overall this Dairy Queen is very consistent and always delicious.

Absolutely amazing experience the manager Rene answered the phone when I called I had some questions about coupons. He answered them quickly incorrectly and had my meal almost done by the time I got to the drive-through if there was a way to give more stars, I would.
