Kfc - Collinsville

If you are a teenager, I would not recommend working at this restaurant. Today, the general manager and other management staff fired my 17-year-old son. The reason being that the schedule was not given to him before his shift on Wednesday. The general manager, who is relatively new, did not even have the contact numbers of the team members to check if my son was aware of his shift or if he was okay. I guess that's why he was let go.

The Thursday night staff at this restaurant really knows what they're doing. The drive-thru attendant is friendly and attentive, ensuring that your order is taken accurately. The food was served promptly and was hot and fresh.

I always enjoy getting a famous bowl from this restaurant because it is filled with quality ingredients, not just mostly potatoes. I appreciate the effort put into making it tasty.

$40.00 bucket meal. Chicken was THE WORST we ever had..actually threw in trash except sides. NASTY ..HORRIBLE experience!

It seems everytime we fo there has been an issue with our order. This evening was unfortunately the worst. Went inside for take out, got all the way home to discover, no biscuits, missing a mashed potato no gravy. Drove back to have corrected only toend up with a TBS of gravy, another mac n cheese instead of the missing mashed potatoes. Wow! I'm done.
